Cleaning by means of abrasive jet cameras is one of the safest methods of processing of surfaces and removal of by-products of the previous fabrication stages from them and processing. The sanding device allows to clear quickly and qualitatively a metal surface practically of any density of any softer by-products, such, for example, as a rust or a deposit. The sparing cleaning of a surface by means of a sand stream which moves under high pressure and is regulated by the employee of firm making this process allows to clear quickly and effectively metal accessories or to add them uniform gloss or to create a plain opaque surface.
Tight cameras of the sanding device in operating time contain about 1 decimeter of square fine-grained sand. It easily rises a stream of compressed air and can effectively be used in the course of final processing of metal technical details, rims and other surfaces for which lack of foreign materials and gross weight of the metal design processed and presented to production matters.

As an abrasive it is possible to use dry sand, glass balls of various fractions, corundum, steel fraction and other corresponding materials depending on requirements to the processed surface. To cleaning of a surface without its damage apply glass balls with a small pressure of air, to a matting and removal of steady pollution – firm abrasives (corundum).
